These Terms govern your purchase and use of The Screen-Free Learning Vault (the “Vault”) — a digital bundle of 300 printable activity pages (314-page Master PDF including cover, Passport, Parent Guide, bonuses and Certificate) for ages 2–7, sold by Little Focus Learning Co. (“we”, “us”). By buying the Vault you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
A digital product, delivered as PDF files by instant download. There is no physical shipment. The Vault includes the 6 learning modules, the Little Explorer’s Passport (3 pages), the Screen-Free Hero Certificate, 2 bonuses (Road Trip & Restaurant Pack, Bedtime Routine & Story Cards) and the Parent Quick-Start Printing Guide. The listed price is $27 USD (regular price $67, stated total value $127), a one-time payment — never a subscription.
2. Delivery
Your download link is delivered instantly after successful payment, by email from our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) and/or on the checkout confirmation page. If your link does not arrive, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL — replace support@example.com before launch] with your order number and we will re-send it. Files are standard US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) PDFs, designed to print at home.
3. Licence — what you may and may not do
- You may: print the pages as often as you like for your own children, and for use in a single classroom you teach in.
- You may not: share, resell, redistribute, upload, or give away the files (in whole or in part, printed or digital), or use them in any commercial product, course or bundle, without our written permission. The Vault is for personal and single-classroom use only.
- All content, illustrations and branding remain our intellectual property. Buying the Vault gives you a licence to use it as above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
4. 30-Day “Tears to Smiles” Guarantee (refunds)
If your child doesn’t love the Vault, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund — and you may keep the files. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record and normally arrive within 5–10 business days. Because the product is a digital download, the refund is our guarantee in place of a return: there is nothing to ship back. One refund per household.
5. Lifetime updates
Your purchase includes free lifetime updates to the Vault: when we add new worksheets, we will send the updated files to the email address on your order. “Lifetime” means for as long as we continue to sell and support this product.
6. Age guidance and safety
The Vault is designed for ages 2–7, with age guidance shown per module. Adult supervision is required: several activities involve scissors, small cut-out pieces and Velcro dots. The Vault is an educational activity product, not a substitute for professional educational, medical or therapeutic advice. If your child has specific learning or developmental needs, please consult a qualified professional.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
Every child is different. We do not guarantee any specific learning, behavioural or screen-time outcome. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences; results vary. Reviews are labelled as early-access or illustrative until replaced with verified, permissioned customer reviews.
8. Payments, tax and pricing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad as merchant of record, who handle payment processing and applicable sales tax / VAT. Prices are shown in USD and may be converted by your bank. We may change the price or run promotions at any time; the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or the Vault — including attempting to access files or systems without authorisation, or using the content in a way that infringes anyone’s rights.
10. Liability
The Vault and this website are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Vault ($27). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION — to be confirmed by the seller before launch]. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change; the version in force when you bought the Vault applies to your purchase.
