Little Focus Learning Co.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or buy The Screen-Free Learning Vault (the “Vault”), a 300-activity-page printable PDF bundle for ages 2–7, and how we use it.
1. Who we are
The Vault is sold by Little Focus Learning Co. (“we”, “us”). Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL — replace support@example.com before launch]. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad (see §3) — whichever checkout you use on this site.
2. Information we collect
- When you browse: this website itself does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email or address. Standard web-server logs (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from your IP address) may be kept briefly for security and to keep the site working.
- When you buy: our payment provider collects the information needed to take payment and deliver your files — typically your name, email address, billing details and order total. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the download and honour the 30-day guarantee. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- When you email us: we keep your message and email address only for as long as needed to answer you and resolve your request (for example, a refund or a missing download link).
3. Payments — Lemon Squeezy / Gumroad
Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, acting as merchant of record. They process your payment, handle sales tax / VAT where required, and send your download link. Their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them at checkout. We never see your card details.
4. Children’s privacy
The Vault is a product for children, bought and used by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (under 16 in the UK/EU), and this website is not directed at children. No child should submit personal information through this site. If you believe a child has done so, email us and we will delete it promptly.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not sell personal information. The checkout provider may set cookies strictly necessary to complete your purchase. If we add analytics or advertising pixels in future, this policy will be updated first.
6. How we use your information
- To deliver your PDF download and order confirmation.
- To answer support and refund requests, including the 30-day “Tears to Smiles” Guarantee.
- To send lifetime updates to the Vault where you have bought it (using the email from your order).
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the payment provider above and where the law requires it.
7. Testimonials and purchase notifications
Any reviews shown on this site are labelled as early-access or illustrative until they are replaced with verified, permissioned customer reviews. Purchase-notification popups, if enabled, will only ever show real, verified orders — never fabricated ones.
8. Your rights
If you are in the UK, EU, California or another region with data-protection law, you may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. Email us at the address in §1 and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Data retention and security
Order records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, refunds, tax records and legal obligations. Download links and files are delivered over secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change, and the current version will always be the one posted on this page.
